Alireza Ghasempour Alireza Ghasempour has been a faculty member in the Information and Communications Technology department at the University of Applied Science and Technology. His areas of interest include smart grids, the Internet of Things, machine learning and deep learning techniques, optimization methods, smart cities, and wireless communications and networks. He has published several papers in these areas in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences.

Dr. Chaoqun Liu received both a BS (1968) and MS (1981) from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, and a PhD (1989) fromthe University of Colorado at Denver, USA. He is currently the Tenured and Distinguished Professor and the Director of the Center for Numerical Simulation and Modeling at the University of Texas at Arlington, Arlington, Texas, USA. He has worked on high-order direct numerical simulation(DNS) and large eddy simulation(LES)for flow transition and turbulence for 33 years since 1990. As PI, he has been awarded by NSF, NASA, US Air Force, and US Navy with 51 federal research grants of over5.95×106USdollarsin theUnitedStates.He has published 16 professional books, 144 journal papers, and 170 conference papers and book chapters. He is the founder and principal contributor of Liutex and the third generation of vortex definition and identification methods including the Omega, Liutex/Rortex, Modified Liutex-Omega, Liutex-Core-Line methods, Objective Liutex, RS vorticity decomposition, and UTA R-NR velocity gradient tensor decomposition. He is also the founder of Liutex-based new fluid kinematics. Prof. Tamotsu Takahashi obtained Ph.D. degree from the University of Tokyo graduate school in 1983. And then he became Assistant Professor at engineering department of the University of Tokyo. He was promoted to Associate Professor at Institute for Molecular Science in Okazaki in 1991. He moved to Hokkaido University in 1995 as a full professor. He retired in 2020 and now emeritus Professor of Hokkaido University. In 2024, he became President of Foundation for Interaction in Science & Technology, Japan.

Fei. You, Dr., Professor, Former Postdoctoral Fellow, Vice President, Deputy Director. Dr., Prof. Fei You got PhD in Engineering Discipline of Safety Technology and Engineering in 2008 from State Key Laboratory of Fire Science at University of Science and Technology of China. He was a visiting scholar of University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, College of Engineering, Department of Materials Science and Engineering. He has been focusing interdisciplinary researches on the evolution properties and mechanisms of special fires and combustion processes in the key segments of a smart grid (including multi-functional inorganic-organic hybrid and composite materials). He has been granted over 10 scientific awards and 20+ invention patents, served as vice president and held 10+ professional roles, published 130+ SCI included papers, authored/co-authored 10 academic books, led 70+ projects, and provided technical consultations to 70+ high-tech institutions.

Walter Mittelbach. Founder and Managing Director of Sorption Technologies GmbH. He earned a Ph.D. in Physics from the Free University of Berlin in 1994. After working on solar thermal systems and adsorption storage technologies in cooperation with Fraunhofer ISE, he founded SorTech AG (later Fahrenheit GmbH) in 2002, leading it as CEO/CTO until 2018. In 2018, he founded Sorption Technologies GmbH to develop a next-generation, low-cost adsorption chiller, which is currently in market introduction. He has participated in numerous European research projectsand has deployed systems across Europe and China, with some pilot projects underway in the Middle East. He holds more than 20 patents and has authored numerous scientific publications in the field of adsorption technology.

Professor Jeong-Eui Yun received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from KAIST in 1993 and worked as a researcher at IAE(Institute for Advanced Engineering) and the Central Research Center of Daewoo Motors Co. Ltd. for about ten years. He has been a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Kangwon National University, South Korea since 2003.Professor Jeong-Eui Yun's primary research interest is fluid machinery design using computational fluid dynamics analysis.

Fouad ad Lamghari leads applied research programs focusing on Renewable Energies, technology, Weather Forecasting, Air Quality and Air Pollution Monitoring, Underground Water and Hydrogeological Mapping, Artificial reef, Marine Ecosystem Monitoring, and Oil Spill Early Detection and Monitoring. In addition to his research endeavors, Fouad actively contributes to startup creation, and technology scale-up, and collaborates with global manufacturers, partners, and technology providers to ensure data technology and knowledge transfer are conducted according to international standards. Having made significant contributions to Aramco's billion-dollar projects, Fouad Lamghari is recognized as a distinguished Laboratory expert. He has successfully overseen the commissioning of world-renowned research centers such as the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) and The Francis Crick Institute in London. Prior to joining the Fujairah Research Centre, Fouad Lamghari served as the R&D Manager at the DEWA R&D Centre located in the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park. In this role, he demonstrated leadership in overseeing diverse areas of research, including GreenHydrogen, PV Testing, Advanced Materials, 3D Printing, Power Systems, Smart Grids, Water Analysis, Experimental Desalination, Robotics and Dronesand Building Performance. Fouad Lamghari's exceptional linguistic abilities enable him to communicate fluently in four languages. He holds a Bachelor of Physics, Master of Business Management from the IAE Montpellier and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Aix Marseille III, France

Ajay Kumar Prajapat is a Research Scholar in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Tiruchirappalli, India. His research focuses on solar photovoltaic system innovation, modelling, and techno-economic evaluation. He is the inventor of the Dual-Faced Open Cubic PV Solar System, which has been validated through simulation and hardware implementation and is also has granted Indian patent (Patent No. 568625). He has published in reputed journals such as IEEE and is dedicated to advancing efficient, space-optimized solar technologies for smart cities and renewable infrastructure applications.

Dr. Louis TSAGUE Associate Researcher, Energy Laboratory–University of Yaoundé I Aeronautics Consultant, Experconnect – Paris, France Dr. Louis TSAGUE is an aeronautics consultant with Experconnect in Paris and an associate researcher in the Energy Laboratory of the Higher Polytechnic School of Engineering, University of Yaoundé I (Cameroon). His academic contributions include teaching courses in turbo-propulsion and flight mechanics, and conducting research on NOx emissions from aircraft turbojet engines. He has authored five scientific articles and published several books on aeronautics, engineering, and energy transition. He strengthened his expertise in renewable energies through participation in multiple international projects, notably the PIPE 2000 program co-organized by Belgium and Cameroon. Dr. TSAGUE’s professional journey spans over 25 years in the Cameroon Air Force, where he held key positions such as Aircraft Quality Control Inspector at the Air Force Staff in Yaoundé, and Maintenance Squadron Commander at Garoua Air Force Base, finished at the grade of Colonel. A graduate of the Royal Air Academy of Morocco in aeronautical engineering, he later obtained a Ph.D. in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from the National Advanced School of Engineering, University of Yaoundé I. Passionate about innovation, Dr. TSAGUE is an avid reader and writer, actively involved in scientific forums and summits. He is a member of various professional and development organizations, including:  4A (Cameroonian Air Force Seniors Association)  Experconnect (Network of senior engineers and technical executives)  3AF (French Aeronautics and Aerospace Association) His interests include running, football, and global societal issues, especially in relation to science, peace, and sustainable development.
