After the disintegration of the Soviet Union in 1992 Professor P. Kervalishvili continued his scientific research and academic activities in Western Europe and USA At the same time he was bringing about the accomplishment of science and technology projects in US, France, England, Italy, Germany, Greece and Georgia, as well as being a Professor of several well-known universities. Years from 1994 to 2000 were devoted to work in the Parliament and Government of Georgia. Dr. P. Tan Gang, a distinguished Qiushi Chair Professor at the College of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Zhejiang University, is the director of Smart Materials for Architecture Research Lab, Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta, Zhejiang University. He graduated from the Thermal Engineering Department of Tsinghua University, and received his Ph.D. in building technology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2005. Prior to joining the School of Architecture and Engineering of Zhejiang University in 2022, he worked at the University of Wyoming in the United States and was awarded a tenured professor position. His research interests include new building materials, new technologies for energy conservation and emission reduction, renewable energy and utilization, and building environment control. His research work has been supported by the National Scientific Research Fund, ministries, local governments and regional research institutions, and he has presided over or participated in more than 10 basic research projects. He has published about 100 research papers in prestigious research journals, including Science (3 papers), Joule, Nature Communications, ACS Energy Letters, etc. Professor Tan Gang and his team have made pioneering work on energy saving and carbon reduction related technologies based on new materials and devices, such as zero-energy radiation cooling materials (2017) and multi-wavelength independent dynamic regulation of building window films (2021). He has obtained more than 40 patents at home and abroad, and is also associate editor of the international journal “Building Simulation”.

Prof. Haifeng Liu got his PhD in Tianjin University in 2011and learn in University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in US in Jan. 2010-Jan. 2012 as a Visiting Scholar. His main study interests are advanced combustion theory and technology in I.C. engines, biofuels combustion, optical diagnostics on combustion. Dr Arijit Ganguli is currently working as an Assistant Professor in School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) at Ahmedabad University. This constituted a two-year Post Doc Experience in the Germany at the University of Paderborn and Paul Scherrer Institute in Switzerland and around 7 years industrial experience in a multinational giant (SABIC). His industrial experience comprised of simulating industrial scale fixed bed reactors using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and process modeling of Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether (MTBE) plants for process optimization. His current research interests include CFD of multiphase flows, microfluidics, solar energy and design optimization of process equipment’s using CFD. Dr. Ganguli has around 40 International publications and has more than 20 Conference presentations to his credit. Dr. Ervina Efzan is staff at Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Multimedia Universit (MMU) since December 2010. Li received the B.E. from Hefei University of Technology, China in 1982; the M.E. from China Electric Power Research Institute (CEPRI) in 1989; the Ph.D. from the University of Bath, UK in 2000. From 1982 to 1986, she worked in the Power Dispatch Center of the Electrical Power Company of Anhui, China. She was chairperson of Asia-Oceania Regional Council of CIGRE (the AORC) from 2010-2012. She is also the member of Directing Committee of CIRED from 2007. She is a member of WFEO Energy committee since 2007, with the active participation and contribution of WFEO events. And now the Vice Chairman of Energy Committee of WFEO. Dr. Nassima SALHI has over 30 years of experience in teaching and research, with a strong focus on green chemistry. She earned her Ph.D. in 2006 from USTHB, Algeria, and began her career at the Natural Gas Conversion Laboratory. Dr. Mabicka Iwangou Saint Bickolard is a specialist in Wood Sciences, and I did a thesis on the pollution of mangroves in Libreville, Gabon. So he know about the tissues and formation of wood in terrestrial ecosystems and mangroves. As a research associate at LaReVa Bois (Laboratory for Research and Development of Wood Materials) in Gabon, He is developing new knowledge on the chemical, anatomical and ecophysiological changes in mangroves exposed to mineral and organic pollution. He give courses on the science of wood at the National School of Water and Forests in Gabon; and he supervise master’s students who have themes related to mangroves. he is also a consultant for NGOs involved in preserving and restoring mangrove ecosystems, notably the Amis de la Lowé and Plurmea. Dr. Anis Bensadi, Associate Professor, earned his Ph.D. in Finance & Economics from Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. He has done his masters studies at Robert Gordon and Aberdeen University in Scotland and was awarded an MSc International Business. Anis Bensadi served as a research assistant and lecturer across many European universities including Rome, Luxembourg and Rotterdam teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students Quantitative Finance and Risk Management. He has an extensive professional experience as senior manager in the banking and financial sectors 12+ years across Europe in risk modelling and validation at international commercial and development banks, dealing with regional organizations such as the European Central Bank during TRIM audit missions. Dr Bensadi worked on a large number of various projects in Risk Management, developing and validating credit risk models (scorecards) applying statistical analysis, credit life cycle principles, predictive modelling, using programming languages such as SAS, and SQL, in order to conduct statistical analyses, merge, transform, and create datasets. He was also involved in developing, enhancing, and validating methods of measuring and analyzing risk and risk types including market, credit and operational. He also had experience managing model risk across model life cycle including model validation, performance evaluation and annual model reviews with country business, using modelling techniques including regressions, random forest, cluster analysis, and decision trees to develop segmentation schemes, profile analyses, and other analytic tools such as conducting analysis and create technical documentation reports for validation purposes sufficient to meet regulatory guidelines and industry standards. Finally, assess and quantify model risk due to model limitations to inform stakeholders of their risk profile and development of compensating controls. Present model validation findings to senior management and supervisory authorities.

I am currently pursuing a PhD at the ICMA Centre under the supervision of Prof. Simone Varotto, Dr. Alfonso Dufour, and Prof. Dr. Len Shaffrey (University of Reading) in the Climate Finance area. My research interests are mainly focused on how investors price climate-related information in capital markets.
